Jeff Peek graduated from Butler University, cum laude, in 1979, passed the CPA examination in Indiana and graduated from Indiana University School of Law in 1983. He concentrates his practice in corporate and LLC structures, and tax issues relating to business entities and trade organizations. Mr. Peek routinely counsels clients on governance matters, buying and selling businesses, and general tax planning. He also provides counsel on charitable giving programs.
